1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
    The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
    A clear unboxing video showing the product condition at the time of opening is mandatory for return approval.
 
2. How to Request a Return
    Send us the order details along with the unboxing video as proof.
    Once verified, we will arrange for pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.
 
3. Conditions for Return
    The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    Items without video proof, signs of use, or missing accessories will not be eligible for return.
 
4. Refund Process
    After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
    In case of COD orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
 
5. Non-Returnable Items
    Products damaged due to customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or without proper video proof will not be accepted.
 
6. Replacement Option
    If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. We will delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
